It has happened to all of us….that sinking feeling when you hear on the grapevine that an owner stopped using you because you were not getting the results they expected. You thought you were doing a great job and were happy with the progression but they dropped you like a hot stone and moved onto the next therapist. Ouch! Let’s reflect on managing owner expectations.
Don’t cringe! I know you probably covered S.M.A.R.T. goal setting to exhaustion as part of your training but how many of us are actually using this protocol in our daily practice and why is it important anyway?
